This position will be the Lead Coordinator and requires an in-depth knowledge of geriatric nursing and medical knowledge.
The winning candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years experience in geriatric and MDS/PDPM setting.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with the IDCP team and staff nurses.
