com experience leading the development of new, trend-driven and inclusive merchandise building unique and engaging pop-up experiential activations at highly visible company-wide events marketing it all to build awareness, increase sales and ultimately grow pride among associates and beyond.
This individual will sit on the Brand Experiences team within marketing and get to work cross-functionally with our experiential, talent, and emerging experiences teams (among many other teams and agencies!).
This is a highly collaborative role on a highly engaging and fast-moving team.

You will make an impact by :
Own and lead the SparkShop business and marketing:
P&L management, crafting and sharing overall vision and strategy including assortment and marketing, liaising with vast array of internal teams to deliver various merch needs, and partnering with the creative team, designers, and agencies to bring merch and marketing to life.
Identify trends and culturally relevant opportunities to expand our assortment, leveraging data and internal resources where applicable.
Drive product design/development process with appropriate partners - including briefings, trend reviews, line reviews, product/design review.
Lead our marketing planning - both for the merchandise and overall SparkShop experience.
Guide and execute pop-up experiences-from briefing to execution (with agency partner).
Build and manage calendars, timelines, processes, with support from other team members.
