The Product team supports the growing needs of the distribution network by enabling innovative solutions to increase capacity, improve associate friendliness, and help distribution centers to supply Walmart Stores and Sam's Clubs with the quality our customers expect.
As a Product Manager you will be focused on creating a best in class experience for our end users and drive innovative solutions in the supply chain space.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, project management, automation, management consulting, retail or eCommerce business functions, or related field Consulting and advising business partners utilizing detailed analysis of complex data to influence strategic decisions Gathering, identifying, defining, and communicating requirements to lead product or solution development Systems integration into new and existing automated facilities You'll make an impact through the following job functions:
Product Management:
Develops and enhances moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features.
Strategy Development:
Defines and manages strategy and business objectives for moderately complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products.
User Acceptance Testing, Implementation and Execution:
Collaborate with Development partners to plan, test and implement the solution, help create User Training documentation, co-ordinate with operations team to plan and execute the training plans for the end users Business Acumen :
Deeply understand the business processes the team engages with.
Own the delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others.
Support process updates and changes.
Solve simple business issues.
Demonstrate functional knowledge of the business unit being supported.
Data and Digital Literacy :
Leverage data analysis tools to explore complex data, develop and test hypotheses, use data to influence strategic work, and build and present insights with visualization tools.
Identify, implement, and drive technology change.
Partnership and Collaboration :
Engage with team members regularly and establish credibility.
Analyze stakeholder needs and partner with stakeholders to share relevant information.
Take a one team approach to collaborate and accomplish goals for the business.
Influential Communication :
Organize thoughts and communicate confidently, credibly, and concisely within scope of work.
Present to and influence team and business partners, conveying messages through an understanding of the relevant context.
Utilize relevant data to articulate results and provide recommendations in a structured manner.
Actively listen to others, seek and provide constructive feedback, and provide ideas/recommendations on processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000.
00-$200,000.
00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
