This person should possess high attention to detail, mindful handling of information, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing direct sales order information and generating customer invoices.
Main
Responsibilities:
Organize incoming order information on spreadsheets Learn different product codes and information Double check orders that are submitted by route representatives Properly file order information base on American wear's record retention practices Assist with shipping and receiving of direct sales orders Generate customer invoices based on orders Other duties as assigned Education and Minimum
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required Must have extensive experience using Microsoft Excel and creating and updating spreadsheets Skills and Abilities:
Must have strong record keeping and organizational skills Strong computer skills required, must be proficient with MS Excel Excellent Customer Service Skills to ensure our customers are satisfied Ability to follow, understand and execute direction as given by sales team and managers Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team Must be able to manage tasks and switch priorities as needed.
